Super Model Momma Cleanse!

Here is the protocol for my SMM parasite and anti fungal cleanse:
  1. Eliminate all sugars and starches from your diet this includes anything with sugar (this was VERY hard for me) as well as fruits, root vegetables, or grains (corn, wheat, rice...i know this sucks!) The exceptions to fruits that you may have are grape fruits or green apples but make sure to remove the skin first and exceptions of root vegetables are carrots. 
  2. Drink tons of filtered water as this helps to flush your body out. I have been mixing Bragg organic apple cider vinegar into my water as vinegar is a strong anti fungal. 
  3. Avoid caffeine as it is an irritant to your digestive track (if you follow my instagram page, you will already know that i have missed my coffee during this cleanse!)
  4. Drink tea instead of coffee if you need to as tea has less caffeine in it
  5. JUICE!! we have been juicing every single morning and that is typically been my breakfast.
  6. Avoid all commercially processed and raised meats as they feed these cows a crappy diet, if you consume them, you are just setting yourself back so instead make sure your beef or meat is grass fed and pasture raised.
  7. Cook with coconut oil.
  8. Consume high amounts of saturated animal fats as they help to strengthen and support the immune system.
  9. Drink raw goats milk
  10. Get plenty of sleep


I would recommend doing this cleanse for as long as possible (recommended 6 months). As parasites and fungus' die off, they release toxins into your body that make you feel like shit so be warned that cleansing or detoxing the body is very difficult to stay committed to as the side effects become super gnarly at times. They will go in waves though. One day you will feel like a garbage can, and the next day you will feel like you are as light as a feather..the ups and downs are what make it hard for people to stay strong. I, myself have felt like crap a TON during this cleanse.

This is just what I recommend as I have found this cleanse to be affective to my body and overall health. Although there is plenty of information in books and on websites that have different protocols for a cleanse, this is what I recommend doing as the results I have seen within myself are why I am encouraging you to do the same.
