What I believe is...no way is the "standard" way.
I take bits and pieces of credible information to create a total lifestyle plan for myself.
I believe in awareness of the mind, body and soul. When you have awareness you possess perception and perception alone will resolve all your problems.
I do possess a Bachelors degree of science but I am not a certified nutritionist, trainer or doctor.
I practice what I preach and my personal results have been so life altering that I feel it is necessary to share it with the world. You cannot argue with results and the results I have seen in my own personal life have been so beneficial to my overall health, physical and mental well-being I want to share my knowledge with all who want to take the time to listen/read what I have to say...and to those of you who follow me, THANK YOU! I do this all for you guys. To try and make this world healthier and happier one person at a time.
Sure you may take some of my advice to your doctor and have your doctor say that "I am crazy. I don’t know what I'm talking about." But then do this for me....ask your Dr. to pull up his/her shirt. Most doctors are more unhealthy than you, yourself! You have to take things with a grain of salt.....Drs are important in my opinion when emergency medical intervention is necessary, otherwise, our bodies were perfectly designed and created to fix themselves! That’s why we have an immune system, that’s why we have these amazing brains and hearts. They work. Let them do their job.

Every single person is different. We all possess different physiological chemistries. That is why I tell everyone whether it be via YouTube, Instagram or email, to tailor these workouts and "suggestions" of how to eat and live to ones own needs.
What works for me, might not work for you.
I do not follow a set standard or practice, that is why I have not pursued an education in nutritional health, physical health ect... I do not believe in one particular practice. I believe in using all the resources I have to make the best choice possible.
I want people to learn how to listen to their bodies so you can give your body what it needs!
Most importantly I want people to learn how to LOVE THEMSELVES.....that is truly my mission and goal. To teach and preach self love.
