As a mother, working out can be near impossible at times...like this morning for example! I didn't get much of a workout in but I hope this is inspiration for all the mommas (and non-mommas as well) to just try and move your body a little bit each day! Your body is your temple, cherish it, treat it right, love it...and it will always love you back :)
